Store Credit Policy:

Our decision to offer store credit is aimed at ensuring you receive the best possible products from Collective Atelier. Instead of refunds, we provide store credit for returned items that meet our exchange criteria. The store credit can be used for future purchases from our brand.

1. Eligible Items: If you wish to return a product for a store credit, we accept returns on items that are unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels attached.

3. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items, which will be deducted from the store credit.
